If you care for your health and want to live longer, better cutting back on meat and increasing vegetable intake. There are two kinds of fruit juices that are at high risk of stone formation which it’s grapefruit juice and cranberry juice. You can substitute those juices with fresh lemon juice, will increase citrate excretion in the urine. Don’t be afraid to make a trip to the restroom every 3-4hours, if you need to drink more water. For those who have kidney stones, you may take 1 bottle of beer per day to flush out stones and decreases stone formation.
