How to Be Safe When You’re in the Water

Summer is here and many of you may spend a lot of time in the water to cool yourself down. But be aware of water get into your ears, bacteria and fungi can grow inside the ear when moisture is present. You must Wear earplugs when swimming, and after swimming, gently dry out the ears with a soft towel. Turn the head side to side to help water run out of the ears. Apply diluted acetic acid to the ears after getting out of the pool.
