Going to the gym is one of the best things everyone wants to do. It can helps prevent medical problems, anti-aging, and live longer, but your health club may be undermining your efforts by sending you down the road to serious harm.
Here are some easy ways to keep yourself safe and don’t be scared off from the gym after reading these rules:
- Wash your hands with soap thoroughly before and after exercise.
- After touching weights and machine handrails, try your best to keep your hands away from your mouth, ears, nose, or eyes until you can lather up.
- Bring your own two towels to the gym, place one on the benches and use the other one to wipe off sweat.
- Don’t walking with barefoot in the shower stalls, locker room, or sauna. Wear flip-flops would be the best choice.
- Take a shower right after you get home to avoid having acne on your back.
- Rinse or wash your workout clothes with water so you won’t get a stain on your t-shirt’s neck or under the armpits.
