Soften Your Skin with Oatmeal

Oatmeal contains a wide array of vitamins, minerals, beta glucan, antioxidants, a soluble fiber that creates a thin, moisture retaining film on the surface of the skin. Place a handful of whole oats in a clean washcloth or use couple paper towels and using rubber band to secure it. Next step, you would use a medium bowl or container and fill up with 3 cups of warm water. Put the bag in, set it for 30 seconds and then squeeze the bag 4 or 5 times. Once the water is cloudy, splash it on your face and gently pat skin dry with a towel.
