You have tried the breath mints, gum, and mouthwash but couldn’t get rid of bad breath. The new Japanese researchers say that eating a cup of yogurt everyday may help to reduce the smell-inducing bacteria coating the tongue. This involves brushing in the morning and before bedtime with fluoride toothpaste, cutting down on the frequency of sugary snacks and drinks, flossing daily and visiting a dentist twice a year.
